Eagle Asset Management (EAM) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Great Eagle Group staffed by a team of professionals with extensive real estate and finance experience. EAM is the manager of the Champion Real Estate Investment Trust (Champion REIT) and is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission to conduct the regulated activity of asset management, as required by the REIT Code. EAM sets the strategic direction and risk management policies of Champion REIT. Beside overseeing property management and leasing activities, EAM also undertakes capital raising, acquisitions, divestments or enhancement of assets on behalf of the trust.


Champion REIT

Champion REIT is a real estate investment trust formed to own and invest in an income-producing portfolio of commercial properties primarily in Asia. Currently, Champion REIT owns approximately 2.2 million sq. ft. of grade 'A' office space and 650,000 sq. ft. of prime retail space in Hong Kong. The trust's assets are located in Three Garden Road (formerly known as Citibank Plaza), in Central on Hong Kong Island and Langham Place, an integrated project in the commercial district of Mongkok, on the Kowloon Peninsula.

Champion REIT's key objectives are to provide unitholders with stable and sustainable distributions and to achieve long-term capital growth. The aim of providing attractive total returns to unitholders is achieved, among other things, by proactive management of the properties in the trust's portfolio and the selective acquisition of properties that enhance existing yields.
