Position: Customer Services Executive (Hotline) Reference Number: TOP/CS/CSE/20180504


  • Welcome and serve guests at Showroom and handle enquires and / or complaints
  • Provide after-sales services for our electrical home appliances including operational & technical enquiries, order follow up and handle complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist in managing inventory accuracy of stocks up to the company standard
  • Work closely with internal parties to solve customers’ enquiries and complaints
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Certificate or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in service call center
  • Experience in handling consumer electrical appliances is definitely advantage
  • Customer-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn and take challenge and work independently
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
