Position: Assistant F&B Services Manager Reference Number: BTC/FBM/20180115

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the daily F&B services with highest service standards as well as event service in order to achieve Company’s objectives and targets
  • Supervise the F&B service team to provide quality services and provide on the job training
  • Work closely with internal and external parties for the production quality, sourcing and management
  • Assist in planning of F&B promotions and other projects to enhance customer satisfaction level
  • Handle other duties / projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • 3 – 5 years’ F&B service experience in the role of Supervisor or Assistant Manager
  • Experience gained in Hospitality or F&B industry will be an advantage
  • Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills;
  • Outgoing, initiative and energetic personality, with good customer service skill
  • Enjoy interacting with people and being exposed to multi-cultural work environment
  • Able to speak Fluent in English is a must. Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Shift duty is required
