Position: Senior Digital Marketing Manager Reference Number: GRE/SDMM/20180504

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and position yourself as the go-to marketing and digital media expert. Develop, manage and communicate the Group’s value, market position and core messages through digital media channels and drive business to the Group’s websites and apps
  • Design a marketing framework and execute a group-wide digital marketing plan
  • Align different parties to develop the Group’s digital marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with business unit heads and make use of relationship insights, data analytics, expertise and creativity to design, develop and roll out programs and campaigns to improve sales and customer services
  • Initially focus on the corporate website update, SEO and SEM in order to implement effective email campaigns, outreach strategies and social media initiatives to accelerate engagement with the Group’s current and potential customer and vendor partners
  • Take part in the Group’s image and brand building and ensure all marketing activities are in line with the brand’s values. Enhance the brand awareness through Omni-channels

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • At least 5 – 8 years’ relevant working experience in marketing and communications field with more than 2 to 4 years’ experience with digital marketing focus
  • Experience in building and execution of a successful Omni-channel marketing strategy. Familiar with the current digital marketing trends, technology, platforms and media channels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics etc.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, Adobe Analytics and Oracle Eloqua marketing automation
  • Adwords editor, Facebook editor and third party management tools are an advantage
  • Familiar with other marketing automation software is an asset
  • Project management skills and ability to lead a creative team and work with senior executives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese speaker will be an advantage
