Position: Receptionist Reference Number: BTC/REC/20180201


  • Responsible for providing all-round administrative and operations support to the team and members
  • Provide high level of customer service in our private members lounge and event venue
  • Greeting guest and members and handling enquiries of members in a professional manner
  • Maintain the workspaces at a high standard at all times, which includes facilities and environment management
  • Maintain good relationship with members and manage membership database
  • Collaborate with internal parties to support events logistics and ensure all events run effectively and efficiently
  • Handle ad hoc assignments or project as required


  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • 1-2 year experience in administrative field, preferably working for a business centre with sound knowledge of virtual office is preferable
  • Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different culture background
  • Pleasant with professional manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to speak fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
