Position: Assistant Group Procurement Manager (Hotel Industry) Reference Number: CGS/AGPM/20180227

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and manage the whole procurement process starting from vendor sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, negotiation, goods & services delivery and market research
  • Assist in managing all services contracts and agreements
  • Liaise with all internal and external parties in relation to project deliverables
  • Assist in work coordination and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Procurement, Supply Chain or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry
  • Solid experience in Contract Management and Tender Procurement is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Hotel Industry Procurement System is an advantage
  • Knowledge in budgeting and costing is an advantage
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Well-organized, independent, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
