Position: Administration Assistant Reference Number: CSA/AA/20171218


  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative support to the Group in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and handle procurement orders and relevant documents
  • Perform back-up receptionist duties including handling phone calls, greeting and serving guests, handling incoming / outgoing mail, couriers, faxes and deliveries
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience gained from sizeable organizations is a definite advantage
  • Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Strong sense of responsibility, customer oriented and well-organized
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
