Position: Administration Assistant (Property Management) Reference Number: GEP/TGR/AA/20180504

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with tenants for lobby card access control system and handling their enquiries
  • Perform general reception duties including greeting guests, answering phone calls, courier arrangement, coordinate for meeting etc.
  • Responsible for providing administrative support including office supplies replenishment, office equipment maintenance, ordering of stationery and printing matters.
  • Assist in other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in administrative field
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, good team player, detailed-oriented and well-organized
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience and qualification will be considered as Senior Administration Assistant
