Position: Chief Property Manager Reference Number: GEP/TGR/SPM/20180201

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the property management team to provide overall facility management services for the office building and shopping mall
  • Plan & oversee routine property services, building maintenance, renovation and improvement work
  • Coordinate with technical team to handle all A&A work and improvement work
  • Coordinate with tenants for move-in & move-out work and monitor fitting-out contractors
  • Participate in service enhancement activities to reinforce the service standard
  • Assist in promotional activities organized by landlord / tenants
  • Prepare regular reports for management review and annual budget report
  • Provide on-the-job training to subordinates on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Property / Facilities Management / Hotel and Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Holder of RPHM, MCIH, MHKIH, MRICS or RPS is preferable
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in property / facilities management, of which at least 5 years at managerial level
  • Conversant with the application of Building Management Ordinances
  • Familiar with ISO standards will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and with focus on quality and hospitality
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
