Position: Customer Services Assistant (5-day work) Reference Number: GEP/LP/CSA/20181218

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality customer services in Grade A commercial building including managing visitors registration and enquiries
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints, and daily operations of our property management services
  • Pay courtesy visits to the tenants regularly, handle and follow up their requests to ensure a smooth business operation under a pleasant environment
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports for management review

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates in Hospitality / Travel / Business Administration or related disciplines will also be considered
  • At least 1 year’s frontline experience, preferably gained in property management industry
  • Cheerful, proactive with good communication skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is must
